Mr. Edwards joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in 2016 as President & CEO. Prior to accepting his current role, he assumed the Chairman role at Maxcess International after the successful merger of Maxcess and Webex where he was previously CEO. Prior to joining Webex Mr. Edwards was CEO of Extrusion Dies Industries (EDI), a global supplier of tooling for the plastics processing industry. As CEO of EDI he introduced lean manufacturing concepts to achieve best in industry lead times, expanded EDI’s Asian footprint by establishing a Japanese manufacturing presence and expanding China operations, completed a strategic acquisition and successfully led the company through a divestiture that resulted in significant gains to the private equity owner. Prior to joining EDI, Mr. Edwards was CEO of Tyden Group, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of cargo security seals, utility meter products and accessories and product marking equipment, with facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. As CEO of Tyden he led the company successfully through a significant industry turndown and completed multiple transformative acquisitions. Prior to joining Tyden Group, Mr. Edwards was President and CEO of Phillips and Temro Industries, a leading manufacturer of diesel engine and exhaust related components. Mr. Edwards held various management roles before becoming President and CEO in 2001. As President of Phillips and Temro, Mr Edwards doubled revenues through acquisitions and core market expansion, including the establishment of a manufacturing and distribution presence in China. Prior to Phillips and Temro, Mr. Edwards held management roles at Coldstream Products of Canada, a supplier of refrigerated storage systems for commercial and retail applications. Mr. Edwards has extensive experience in driving growth of companies that specialize in highly engineered products, with a focus on strategy development, operations and finance, acquisitions and organic growth initiatives. He has an MBA from the University of Manitoba and a BS in Engineering from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan.
Mr. Game joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over twenty years of experience within finance and manufacturing operations. He has served as the CFO and / or COO of numerous, multinational manufacturing companies. His work experience includes stints at Behr America, an automotive industry OEM manufacturer of heat transfer products and systems, Condor Truck and American LaFrance, an engineer-to-order manufacturer of fire engines and refuse trucks, DelStar Technologies, a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic nets, nonwovens, laminates, and extruded components used in filtration, automotive and healthcare markets, and Contour Industries, a specialty manufacturer of high quality glass products. Mr. Game served in an expat role in Shanghai, China where he established, built and managed the Asian operation for a large extrusion manufacturer and grew the business to more than $24M in revenue within 18 months. For the past 11 years, he has worked for several private equity-owned manufacturing companies and focused his efforts on turn-arounds, start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture, profitability maximization, cost reduction and business process reengineering.
Chip has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, and he holds a MBA from Webster University in St. Louis MO, where he graduated with distinction.
Mr. McClellan rejoined Aqua-Chem in 2017 as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to accepting his current position, he held positions of Technical Director and Vice President / General Manager of Tri-Tech Infrastructure, J&Y Water Division designing, procuring and project managing water treatment projects in the Beverage, Desalination, and Industrial Water reclamation industries. From 1990 until 2012, he was with Aqua-Chem serving many important Technical and Customer facing roles including Manufacturing Manager, Director of Product Development, Director of Customer Service, and Chief Technical Director. Prior to joining Aqua-Chem in 1990, he worked for Milliken & Company in Operations Management and Process Engineering. Mr. McClellan received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 1986.
Mr. Hansard joined Aqua-Chem in 2003 as a Senior Buyer. David has held various positions within the Purchasing and Sourcing department including, Purchasing Manager. In 2012 David was promoted to Global Supply Chain Manager, before his promotion to Director of Supply Chain management in late 2013. Mr. Hansard assumed his current role of VP of Product and Business Development in 2015. Prior to joining Aqua-Chem, David was employed by Robertshaw Tennessee, a division of Invensys, as Manager of Quoting, Pricing and Cost Estimating. David is a member of APICS and is Lean Process Certified. Hansard holds a B.A. in Geology/Geography from the University of Tennessee.
Mr. Brunetti joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in July 2011 with abundant experience in technical and project accounting and treasury management. Prior to coming to Aqua-Chem, Inc., Mr. Brunetti was a Senior Manager at Morgan Franklin for over four years. During that time, he worked on numerous consulting projects in international business in South America and Europe. Mr. Brunetti began his career at KPMG focusing on financial statement audits of both public and private companies in the manufacturing, construction and telecommunications industries. Mr. Brunetti received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Elon University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mr. Lambdin joined Aqua Chem Inc. in 2012 as a Military Aftermarket Sales Analyst and Long Term Contract Administrator responsible for delivery order processing, part number management, cost and pricing of contract parts to DLA, demand forecasting, obsolescence mitigation, and overall customer service. Prior to joining Aqua-Chem Inc., Michael was a member of the United States Marine Corps where he held multiple positions to include Infantryman, Recruiter, and Military Processing Station Liaison (2004-2012). During his military Service, Michael was responsible for unit leadership, maintenance and work order scheduling of guided missile systems and vehicular platforms as well as contract negotiation and administration between newly joined members and the United States Marine Corps. Prior to his military service, Michael was a small business owner from (1999-2004). Mr. Lambdin received his Bachelor of Science from American Military University, Charles Town, WV.
