Mr. Edwards joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in 2016. Previously with Maxcess International, Extrusion Dies Industries, Tyden Group, and Phillips and Temro Industries, Mr. Edwards has extensive experience in driving the growth of companies that specialize in highly engineered products, with a focus on customer-driven strategy development, operations and finance, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives.
Gary has an MBA from the University of Manitoba and a BS in Engineering from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan.

Shane DeWitt

President & CEO
Mr. DeWitt joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in 2015. Mr. DeWitt has previously served as the Director of Strategic Development for Life Sciences, Operations Manager for Life Science and Beverage industries within the Aqua-Chem organization. He has over twenty years of water technology experience all focused within the Life Science arena. Shane has spent most of his professional career in the design, procurement, installation, start-up, commissioning, validation, and operation of high purity water generation and distribution systems. Mr. DeWitt understands the pharmaceutical/biopharma project life cycle, regulatory requirements, the importance of properly designed systems, and the delivery of equipment as specified.
Shane has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Olivet Nazarene University.

Brian McClellan

Brian McClellan
VP of Engineering
Mr. McClellan rejoined Aqua-Chem in 2017 as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to accepting his current position, he held positions of Technical Director and Vice President / General Manager of Tri-Tech Infrastructure, J&Y Water Division designing, procuring and project managing water treatment projects in the Beverage, Desalination, and Industrial Water reclamation industries. From 1990 until 2012, he was with Aqua-Chem serving many important Technical and Customer facing roles including Manufacturing Manager, Director of Product Development, Director of Customer Service, and Chief Technical Director. Prior to joining Aqua-Chem in 1990, he worked for Milliken & Company in Operations Management and Process Engineering. Mr. McClellan received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 1986.

Sean Green

Sean Green
Director of Strategic Accounts OE
Mr. Green joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in 1991. He is currently Vice President of Sales, Energy. He has over twenty five years of water technologies experience in the Energy, Life Sciences and Beverage markets. Mr. Green started his career at Aqua-Chem as an application engineer developing water technology solutions for customers and later transitioned to Director of Energy, Life Sciences and Beverage markets growing the company throughout his time at Aqua-Chem.
Sean has a MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Frank Keefer

Frank Keefer
VP of Operations
Mr. Keefer joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in 2010. He has over twenty-five years of manufacturing and operations experience. Before joining Aqua-Chem in 2010, he was with Fulton Bellows, Rexnord Industries, Exide Technologies, and Special Devices, Inc. in various senior manufacturing and operations positions. Frank has an MBA and a BA from the Saint Leo.

David Hansard

David Hansard
VP Quality and Supply Chain Management
Mr. Hansard joined Aqua-Chem in 2003 as a Senior Buyer. David has held various positions within the Purchasing and Sourcing department including, Purchasing Manager. In 2012 David was promoted to Global Supply Chain Manager, before his promotion to Director of Supply Chain management in late 2013. Mr. Hansard assumed his current role of VP Quality and Supply Chain Management in 2020. Prior to joining Aqua-Chem, David was employed by Robertshaw Tennessee, a division of Invensys, as Manager of Quoting, Pricing and Cost Estimating. David is a member of APICS and is Lean Process Certified. Hansard holds a B.A. in Geology/Geography from the University of Tennessee.

Bobby Brunetti
Bobby Brunetti
Director of Aftermarket Parts & Service
Mr. Brunetti joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. in July 2011 with abundant experience in technical and project accounting and treasury management. Prior to coming to Aqua-Chem, Inc., Mr. Brunetti was a Senior Manager at Morgan Franklin for over four years. During that time, he worked on numerous consulting projects in international business in South America and Europe.
Mr. Brunetti began his career at KPMG focusing on financial statement audits of both public and private companies in the manufacturing, construction and telecommunications industries. Mr. Brunetti received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Elon University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Frank Dancy

Chief Financial Officer
Frank began his career with the public accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, and then joined Nortel Networks, a multi-national telecommunications manufacturer, for 10 years in various financial management roles. Frank then spent 14 years at ThyssenKrupp AG Elevator Americas group working in various roles that included Director of Internal Audit and Treasury, Vice President of Finance for US Manufacturing, Vice President Finance for Brazil and Latin America, and Vice President of Finance and Business Strategy. More recently Frank held a VP of Finance role at a Filtration Group, backed by private equity firm Madison Industries and as Chief Operating Officer at Sparus Holdings backed by private equity firm Source Capital.
Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and his Masters in Accounting and Business Administration, from the University of Tennessee.
